House rules:

• The guest is required to treat the holiday home and its inventory with care.
• The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the holiday home. In case of violation, the landlord may charge a cleaning fee of up to €200.00.
• The grill and fireplace are not included in the final cleaning; guests are responsible for cleaning them.
